Whistleblowing portal

The Company has adopted a procedure for the management of reports (including anonymous ones) relating to unlawful conduct concerning the Company, submitted either by third parties or by personnel of the Company, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

For the purposes of this procedure, “whistleblowing” shall mean any disclosure concerning conduct, acts or omissions attributable to the personnel of the Company which are in breach of national or European Union law, the Code of Ethics, the 231 Organization Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, or the internal rules and procedures applicable within the Company.

The Company has implemented a dedicated IT platform as the preferred reporting channel, accessible at the following address: https://whistleblowing.meroniflli.it

Alternative reporting channels are also available:
– via e-mail to the Supervisory Board: odv@meroniflli.it
– by ordinary mail, marked “confidential and reserved”, addressed to the Supervisory Body, in a double sealed envelope, to be sent to the Company’s registered office at: Via Alessandro Volta no. 18, 23843, Dolzago (LC), Italy
– by requesting a direct meeting with the Supervisory Body

Reports concerning disputes, grievances or requests exclusively affecting the reporting person and related to a personal interest, as well as purely commercial complaints, shall not be processed under the whistleblowing procedure.

The procedure ensures compliance with the protective measures envisaged by the applicableI’m legislation in favour of the reporting person and the other persons referred to in Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 and in the internal whistleblowing policy annexed to the 231 Organization Model.
